数控技术课程是机械类专业必修的技术基础课程。该课程的目的是使学生掌握数控原理、插补原理、伺服系统、检测原理等基本知识,熟悉相关的仿真软件和自动编程软件,掌握典型的数控系统的应用与操作。本文通过对“现代数控技术应用”课程的特点,浅析当前教学中存在的问题,提出数控技术应用课程教学的改进方法。
CNC technology course is a compulsory technical basic course of mechanical engineering. The purpose of this course is to enable students to master the basic knowledge of CNC theory, interpolation principle, servo system, detection principle, familiar with the related simulation software and automatic programming software, and master the application and operation of typical CNC system. In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of the course of “Application of Modern Numerical Control Technology”, this paper analyzes the existing problems in teaching, and puts forward the improved method of NC teaching.
