《医疗事故处理条例》对于妥善解决医疗纠纷,保护医患双方合法权益,维护医疗秩序具有重要意义。笔者作为医务人员中的一员,试从下列几个方面提出应重视的问题:必须重视树立程序为先,治疗列后的医疗价值取向;必须尊重当事人主义,弱化医疗职权主义;必须强化医务人员的工作责任感和提高医疗水平,并且通过向广州市越秀区人民法院了解到的《条例》实施前后一年的医疗纠纷案件数的对比,说明医院和医务人员提高自己素质的迫切性和现实意义。 The Regulations on the Handling of Medical Accidents are of great significance to the proper solution of medical disputes, the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients, and the maintenance of medical order.
