川崎病或称皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征,是好发于乳幼儿的急性热性发疹性疾患.1967年由川崎首先提出.该病的发病率颇高,据日本调查,每千名中小学生中约有1~2个川崎病患儿,而在5%的患儿中可遗留无症状性的冠状动脉瘤,其中部分可发生血栓栓塞或狭窄导致心肌梗塞、猝死或心功能不全.鉴于本病多发于乳幼儿,多合并心血管病变,预后不良,目前已引起临床工作者的重视,现将有关资料作一综述.
