在现阶段医改的新形势下,公立医院需要改变以往的运营模式,把关注点转移到医疗质量的提升上。公立医院的竞争力和发展前景的关键在于能否提供较高的服务能力和较优的服务质量。我院以此为导向制定了《综合目标绩效工作考核标准》,用于医疗和管理质量的考核。本文介绍了我院综合目标的考核办法和内容,同时指出了在考核过程中应该注重的两项问题:将考核层层分解,由下至上层层管理和将考核融入日常管理工作,尽量减轻临床负担,不打扰临床工作。
Under the new situation of medical reform at this stage, public hospitals need to change the previous operation mode and shift their focus to improving medical quality. The key to the competitiveness and development prospects of public hospitals lies in the ability to provide higher service capabilities and better service quality. Based on this guidance, our institute has formulated the “Comprehensive Objective Performance Evaluation Criteria” for examining the quality of medical treatment and management. This article introduces the evaluation methods and content of comprehensive goals of our hospital, and points out two problems that should be emphasized in the assessment process: to decompose the assessment layers, manage from bottom to top and integrate the assessment into the daily management to minimize the clinical Burden, do not disturb the clinical work.
