目的:以鹿骨、黄瓜籽和淫羊藿为原料,制备鹿骨多肽口服液,并研究其制备工艺。方法:考察5种稳定剂聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、泊洛沙姆、卡波姆、黄原胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对口服液澄明度的影响,筛选最适宜的稳定剂。以稳定剂的加入量,超声次数和超声时间3个因素设计正交试验,研究口服液的最佳制备工艺。结果:最佳制备工艺为聚氧乙烯蓖麻油加入量0.5%、超声1次,超声5 min,口服液澄清度高,均一且无沉淀。结论:本研究制得的鹿骨多肽口服液,制备工艺稳定、简便易行、成本低,适合工业化生产。
Objective: To deer bone, cucumber seeds and Epimedium as raw materials, deer bone polypeptide oral liquid preparation, and study the preparation process. Methods: The effects of five stabilizers, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, poloxamer, carbomer, xanthan gum and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) on the clarity of oral liquid were investigated. The most suitable stabilizer was screened. Orthogonal experiment was designed with three factors of stabilizer addition, ultrasonic frequency and ultrasonic time to study the best preparation technology of oral liquid. Results: The best preparation process was 0.5% polyoxyethylene castor oil, ultrasonic 1 time, ultrasonic 5 min, oral liquid clarity, uniform and no precipitation. Conclusion: The deer bone polypeptide oral solution obtained in this study has stable preparation process, simple and easy operation, low cost and suitable for industrialized production.
