对自由锻造Ti6Al4V钛合金板坯的显微组织和力学性能的均匀性进行了研究,分析了造成不同部位显微组织差异的原因。主要结论如下:板坯横向宏观组织为模糊晶,说明板坯晶粒充分破碎,组织细小均匀;板坯横纵向的显微组织有明显的差异,分别是等轴α相和长条α相;同向各取样部位的组织差异较小,表现出良好的组织一致性。板坯室温拉伸性能均满足标准要求,不同部位性能基本一致,强度实测值的离散度极小。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of free-forged Ti6Al4V titanium alloy slabs were investigated. The reasons for the differences in the microstructures of the different parts were analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: The transverse macrostructure of slab is fuzzy crystal, which indicates that the slab grains are fully crushed and the microstructure is fine and uniform. The transverse and longitudinal microstructures of slab are obviously different, Differences in the organization of the sampling sites in the same direction were small, showing good organizational consistency. Slab tensile properties at room temperature to meet the standard requirements of different parts of the basic performance of the same, the measured intensity of the dispersion is minimal.
