随着高产高效矿井的发展,矿井粉尘的产生量也越来越大,其中综合机械化掘进工作面是煤矿产尘量最多的尘源之一。针对矿山掘进工作面的粉尘治理问题,提出了首先集尘然后再除尘的思想。经过大量的理论和实验研究,研制了适用于掘进工作面的新型风幕集尘系统。在射流箱内加装导流板,实现了多段多级调节功能。通过地面工业试验,从用最小能量损失,获得较大的射流速度等方面考虑,风幕集尘系统的出口缝隙宽度应在10~15 mm。对于一般掘进巷道,到达顶板风速衰减后仍能达到3 m/s以上,该速度可以满足阻挡呼吸性粉尘的要求。
With the development of high-yield and high-efficiency mines, the generation of mine dust is also increasing.
