基于轨道交通客流产生的机理对客流进行划分,探讨对轨道交通效益的识别,其中诱发客流带来项目的直接效益,转移客流则带来项目的间接效益。同时,借鉴欧洲研究机构的交通项目社会成本研究成果(主要包括交通事故成本、空气污染成本、气候变化成本和噪声污染成本等),对部分间接效益的计算参数进行量化,提出计算方法。希望能为今后城市轨道交通项目的经济评价提供一定的参考价值,促进城市轨道交通项目经济评价理论的不断完善。
Based on the mechanism of passenger flow generated by rail transit, the passenger flow is divided into two parts to explore the recognition of the benefits of rail transit. The direct benefits brought by passenger flow are induced and the indirect benefits are brought by the passenger flow diversion. At the same time, we draw lessons from the research results of social costs of transportation projects of European research institutes (mainly including traffic accident costs, air pollution costs, climate change costs and noise pollution costs) to quantify the calculation parameters of some indirect benefits and propose calculation methods. Hoping to provide certain reference value for the economic evaluation of urban rail transit projects in the future and to promote the continuous improvement of the theory of economic evaluation of urban rail transit projects.
