本文较为详细地研究了实验参数对激光气相法制备Fe/C/Si超微粒子的化学成份、粒径、形貌及结构等方面的影响规律。采用X-射线衍射、电子衍射、透射电镜、热分析等先进手段对超微粒子的性能进行了分析。
In this paper, the influence of experimental parameters on the chemical composition, particle size, morphology and structure of Fe / C / Si ultrafine particles prepared by laser gas-phase method is studied in more detail. The properties of ultrafine particles were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, electron diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and thermal analysis.
