针对某型号气动单向阀打开过程中持续颤振现象,该文采用AMESim分析软件建立单向阀数值计算模型,对不同入口流量条件和气体介质条件下的工作特性进行仿真计算,得出此种类型单向阀产品的工作特性,当单向阀入口压力在0.8~1.5MPa阀芯振幅最大,压力高于3MPa阀门处于开度稳定状态,同时,开展单向阀特性试验验证,试验与数值计算结果较好吻合,为单向阀产品特性认识和正确使用提供重要指导。
Aiming at the continuous flutter during the opening of a certain type of pneumatic check valve, this paper uses AMESim analysis software to establish the one-way valve numerical calculation model and simulates the operating characteristics under different inlet flow conditions and gas medium conditions.
