目的研究信号传导通路组成蛋白Wnt-1、β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)和腺瘤样结肠息肉病(adenomatous polyposis coli,APC)基因在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨它们在口腔鳞状细胞癌分化和增殖中的作用。方法免疫组织化学法检测66例不同分化程度的口腔鳞状细胞癌中Wnt-1、β-连环蛋白、APC基因及MIB-1的表达。结果37例高分化口腔鳞状细胞癌中分别有30、25和31例高表达Wnt-1、APC和β-连环蛋白,7、12和6例低表达Wnt-1、APC和β-连环蛋白;29例中、低度分化口腔鳞状细胞癌中分别有6、9和11例高表达Wnt-1、APC和β-连环蛋白,23、20和18例低表达Wnt-1、APC和β-连环蛋白;66例口腔鳞状细胞癌中MIB-1有34例低表达,32例高表达。Wnt-1、β-连环蛋白和APC的表达与MIB-1和口腔鳞状细胞癌的组织学分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Wnt-1、APC和β-连环蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌的分化和增殖中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of Wnt-1, β-catenin and APC in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), and to investigate their roles in oral squamous cell carcinoma Differentiation and proliferation of squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of Wnt-1, β-catenin, APC gene and MIB-1 in 66 cases of different degrees of oral squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Thirty, 25 and 31 Wnt-1, APC and β-catenin were highly expressed in 37 cases of well-differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma, while 7, 12 and 6 cases of Wnt-1, APC and β-catenin ; 29 cases of poorly differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma, 6, 9 and 11 cases of high expression of Wnt-1, APC and β-catenin, 23,20 and 18 cases of low expression of Wnt-1, APC and β - catenin. MIB-1 was low expressed in 66 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 32 cases were highly expressed. The expressions of Wnt-1, β-catenin and APC were significantly different from that of MIB-1 and oral squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.01). Conclusion Wnt-1, APC and β-catenin play an important role in the differentiation and proliferation of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
