浅埋软弱围岩隧道掌子面锚杆预加固技术

为了获得合理的浅埋软弱围岩隧道掌子面锚杆加固参数,基于理论分析与数值模拟相结合的手段,对黏土地层浅埋隧道掌子面锚杆的加固参数进行研究。结果表明:1)基于相关规范要求,并考虑围岩扰动区及塑性区分布,掌子面锚杆的合理加固长度应取值为18 m;2)考虑掌子面锚杆加固的安全性与经济性,其加固根数为150根(1根/m2)时最优;3)采用中部圆形的方案布设掌子面锚杆,其加固效果与全断面加固基本一致,且比全断面加固更具经济性。

为了研究现有建筑物平移中上轨道设计方法在砌体结构中的适用性,以某平移工程为研究对象,分析施工过程中结构的受力状态及监测数据,选取典型工况进行有限元分析。在有限元分析的基础上,对上轨道各构件进行参数分析,分别研究各构件对结构整体受力的影响。分析结果表明:上轨道各构件在不同工况下的传力比不同,且不同工况下的主要受力构件也不同;连梁刚度的提高可以有效改善建筑外墙的受力。同时给出了一种合理的斜撑布置方式,供其他工程参考。
