一、新旧两种需求调查模式介绍 过去,中原油田在组织培训需求调查时,由人力资源部门向业务部室征求培训需求计划,业务部室按业务对口方式征求基层单位业务科室意见,基层单位业务科室根据对日常生产状况的分析及基层班组的反映提出培训需求上报,经业务部室汇总后报人力资源部门。形成了一种调查——上报——汇总——制定计划的“直线式”培训需求调查模式。 “直线式”培训需求调查信息通路示意图:
