采用对比试验的方法,研究了柴油机缸套-活塞组磨损对气缸漏气率和燃油消耗量的影响。针对柴油机缸套-活塞组不同的磨损运行状态,利用机身振动信号进行了研究。然后,利用小波包时频分析方法进行特征量提取,最终利用遗传算法改进后的BP神经网络实现了磨损故障模式识别。
The effect of cylinder liner-piston wear on cylinder air-fuel ratio and fuel consumption was studied by the comparative test. Aiming at the different worn operating states of diesel engine cylinder liner - piston group, the vibration signal of the fuselage was studied. Then, the wavelet packet time-frequency analysis method is used to extract the feature amount, and finally, the improved BP neural network based on genetic algorithm is used to realize the wear failure pattern recognition.
