在分析了逆向改型设计技术用于产品开发的流程基础上,运用逆向扫描设备得到了某工程机械的驱动桥主减速器壳体的点云数据,继而利用三维CAD软件对其进行了数据的重构及改型设计,最后根据其使用特性借助有限元软件对改型后的结构进行了静力学及模态分析,该方法显著地提高了工作效率,缩短了新产品的开发周期。
Based on the analysis of the reverse engineering technology used in product development process, the point cloud data of the main reducer housing of the driving axle of a construction machine was obtained by using the reverse scanning equipment, and then the data of the data Reconstruction and retrofit design.
