“7502”是由上海药物研究所,上海第十一制药厂、第十四制药厂合成的新的抗疟药,其成分是由磷酸咯啶、周效磺胺所组成的复方抗疟片,简称“7502”。我们于1975年 9月中旬至10月中旬在山东省日照县安岚公社,对间日疟疾现症病人,进行了现场治疗观察,其结果如下: 一、病例选择: 凡具有间歇性发冷、发热、出汗、头痛的典型疟疾症状,经厚薄片血检阳性者的现症间日疟疾病人为对象。治疗前典型发作一般不超过3次,未服过任何抗疟药物。共治疗14例,其中男性8例,女性6例,年龄11～15岁3例,16岁以上11例。
