目的观察大鼠急性胰腺炎白细胞表面粘附分子LFA-1、内皮素(ET)、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化及丹红注射液干预的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为假手术组,丹红治疗组,治疗对照组,制模后24h取大鼠血液标本及胰腺组织测相应指标变化。结果对照组随着大鼠胰腺病损的加重,LFA-1、ET及CRP血中浓度逐渐升高;丹红治疗组胰腺病损较对照组为低,LFA-1、ET及CRP的血中浓度低于对照组。结论在大鼠急性胰腺炎时,LFA-1、ET及CRP参与胰腺炎的发病过程,而丹红注射液可抑制其表达,减轻胰腺损伤。
Objective To observe the changes of leucocyte surface adhesion molecules LFA-1, ET and CRP in acute pancreatitis and intervention of Danhong injection. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, Danhong treatment group and control group. Blood samples were taken from the rats and the corresponding indexes of pancreatic tissue were measured 24h after the model was established. Results In control group, the concentrations of LFA-1, ET and CRP increased gradually with the increase of pancreatic lesions in rats. The pancreatic lesions in Danhong group were lower than those in control group. The levels of LFA-1, ET and CRP The concentration was lower than the control group. Conclusions LFA-1, ET and CRP are involved in the pathogenesis of pancreatitis in rats with acute pancreatitis, while Danhong injection can inhibit its expression and reduce pancreatic injury.
