目的探讨手足口病(hand-foot-and-mouth disease,HFMD)脑炎患儿的T淋巴细胞亚群与普通HFMD患儿的区别。方法回顾性分析2010年1~10月北京佑安医院收治的21例普通HFMD患儿和17例HFMD脑炎患儿的临床资料及T淋巴细胞亚群检测结果。结果普通HFMD组的住院天数、最高体温较脑炎组显著降低[(6.86±3.34)dvs.(9.47±1.84)d,(38.66±0.50)℃vs.(39.05±0.55)℃;P均﹤0.05]。普通HFMD患儿的外周血T淋巴细胞、CD4+T淋巴细胞和CD8+T淋巴细胞计数分别为(2829±1463)个/μl、(1700±880)个/μl和(939±624)个/μl;脑炎HFMD患儿分别为(2453±990)个/μl(t=0.902,P=0.373)、(1296±566)个/μl(t=1.635,P=0.111)和(995±550)个/μl(t=0.292,P=0.772)。结论 T淋巴细胞及其亚群检测对于HFMD脑炎的辅助诊断价值有限。
Objective To investigate the differences of T lymphocyte subsets and HFMD in children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) encephalitis. Methods The clinical data and T lymphocyte subsets of 21 HFMD children and 17 HFMD encephalitis children admitted to Beijing You’an Hospital from January to October in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The days of hospitalization and the maximum body temperature in HFMD group were significantly lower than those in encephalitis group [(6.86 ± 3.34) dvs. (9.47 ± 1.84) d, (38.66 ± 0.50) ℃ vs (39.05 ± 0.55) ℃, P <0.05 ]. The counts of T lymphocytes, CD4 + T lymphocytes and CD8 + T lymphocytes in children with HFMD were (2829 ± 1463) / μl, (1700 ± 880) / μl and (939 ± 624) / μl, μl; encephalitis HFMD children were (2453 ± 990) / μl (t = 0.902, P = 0.373), (1296 ± 566) / Μl (t = 0.292, P = 0.772). Conclusion The detection of T lymphocytes and its subgroups is of limited value in the diagnosis of HFMD encephalitis.
