在金属矿和煤矿等的生产矿井全套机械设备中,主通风装置是电能和金属耗量最大的设备,这是由于其工作的流体功率很大所致。近年来,矿井通风要求使用单台功率达2000千瓦以至更大的大规格的高能力通风设备。由于要建造大型通风机,这就需要制定出建立类型尺寸系列的方法原则,有关这一问题已在文献[1~4]中有所论述。矿井通风机是用叶片进行调节的机器,它具有连续的多种空气动力特性。按照稳定性和经济性条件所划分的各分段的空气动力特性构成通风机的某一工作区域,而通风工况范围覆盖着所有各工作区。对于许多通风机都具有按其直径大小建立起来的这种覆盖区。同时从通风机的生产费用和经营费用的观点来看,通风机最优密度的直径系列,也就是类型尺寸大小及其多少的问题具有重要意义。
