1993年,对于我来说,似乎是一个永恒的纪念。在这一年中,我和全区档案工作者们共同努力,终于迎来硕果,历时3次,3个来月,50个单位的调查研究;争取地方财政为地局增拨资金6.6万元,加上创收,暂时缓解了档案事业经费一度紧张的局面;对档案业务人员进行了10期培训,并举办了一个电大档案班,招收学员62人,全区3个未建新馆的县有一个已破土动工;120个机关企业档案上等达标;新建乡镇联合档案室108个,占全区乡镇总数的65.3％;4个村级档案试点正在进行。我个人利用业余时间发表文章22篇,其中两篇在省地获奖。更重要的是零陵地区档案馆库建设,在拖了十几年之后
