《中医数字辨证机》软件是用来诊断中医内、妇、儿科疾病的诊疗系统。它应用了模式识别技术和模糊聚类分析等方法。它把中医的内、妇、儿科的症状、体征综合成525个,然后把它们归类到47个典型的辨证项目上。这47个在中医学中被叫做病因、病势、病位的辨证项目就是模元。在计算机内存中还存放了1500个左右的标准模式,它们利用模糊聚类分析的方法,又被划分成若干个模式子空间。由于设置了k和m二个特异码,模式识别工作将只在不多的几个模式子空间中进行。最后,对数理逻辑、运筹学以及模糊数学在中医理论研究和应用方面的前景提出了一些看法。
