为了减少插管和机械通气相关的不良反应，无创呼吸支持(noninvasive respiratory support ，NRS)在新生儿重症监护中的应用不断增加。无创高频通气(noninvasive high frequency ventilation，NIHFV)作为一种较新的通气方式，旨在将高频通气的功效与无创支持相结合。该文介绍NIHFV特别是无创高频振荡通气(noninvasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation，nHFOV)的基本原理，阐述其在不同呼吸系统疾病中的应用。“,”The use of noninvasive respiratory support(NRS)in neonatal intensive care has been increased in recent decades as a mean to minimize intubation and mechanical ventilation.Noninvasive high frequency ventilation(NIHFV)is a relatively new mode that aims to combine the efficacy of high-frequency ventilation with noninvasive support.This review will describe the basic principles of NIHFV, especially noninvasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation(nHFOV), and review the application of NIHFV in different respiratory diseases.
