为评价硬性高透氧性角膜接触镜(RGPCL)对圆锥角膜及高度近视的矫正效果及安全性,应用RGPCL对低、中度圆锥角膜7眼和高度近视6眼进行矫正,过夜及连续配戴。结果圆锥角膜的矫正视力较框架眼镜明显提高,视力为1.2者1眼、1.0者3眼、0.8者2眼、0.6者1眼,高度近视RGPCL矫正视力均能达到1.0。3个月后,本组的平均屈光度及角膜曲率半径无明显变化,无不良并发症发生。认为RPGCL对圆锥角膜及高度近视的矫正视力及安全性良好,对阻止其进展可能有一定积极作用。
To evaluate the effect and safety of RGPCL on the correction of keratoconus and high myopia, RGPCL was used to correct 7 eyes of low and moderate keratoconus and 6 eyes of high myopia for overnight and continuous wear . Results The corrected visual acuity of keratoconus was significantly higher than that of spectacles. The visual acuity was 1.2 in 1 eye, 1.0 in 3 eyes, 0.8 in 2 eyes and 0.6 in 1 eye. The corrected visual acuity of RGPCL in high myopia was 1.0.3 months The average refractive power and corneal curvature radius had no significant changes, no adverse complications occurred. That RPGCL keratoconus and high myopia corrected visual acuity and safety good, to prevent its progress may have a positive effect.
