Experts estimate that the contradiction between supply and demand of electricity in our country will be eased in 2005. The power shortage will be between 15 million and 20 million kilowatts. By 2006, it will reach a basic balance. Years appear excess. Faced with strong demand for electricity and the expected growth in electricity demand in the future, electric power investment has seen explosive growth this year. Annual power investment growth in 2004 will reach 35%
