临床资料:(1)一般情况:10例病人中,男7例,女3例;年龄57～79岁,平均64.3岁;4例有高血压病,2例患糖尿病。原发病:脑动脉硬化症4例,脑血栓4例,腔隙梗塞2例。全部病人均为突然起病,其中4例安静中、6例活动中发病。左侧偏身舞蹈6例,右侧4例,4例伴有不同程度的头晕及病侧肢体无力。(2)临床表现:全部病人均为一侧肢体的不自主、无目的、大幅度、无规律的舞蹈样动作,以上肢为重,头面
Clinical data: (1) general situation: 10 cases of patients, 7 males and 3 females; aged 57 to 79 years, mean 64.3 years; 4 cases of hypertension, 2 cases of diabetes. Primary disease: cerebral arteriosclerosis in 4 cases, 4 cases of cerebral thrombosis, lacunar infarction in 2 cases. All patients were sudden onset, of which 4 were quiet, 6 cases of active disease. Left side of the body dance in 6 cases, 4 cases of right, 4 cases with varying degrees of dizziness and sickness on the limbs weakness. (2) clinical manifestations: all patients are involuntary limbs, no purpose, substantial, irregular dance-like movements to the upper limbs, head and face
