钻孔设备是掘进机中重要的组成部分,主要的功能为钻孔,在使用过程中是以力学为主要特征进行研制的,所以针对钻孔机械手进行讨论,以实现更加稳定的性能。整个钻孔机械手的空间结构是掘进机重要环节,对其进行有效的设计可以有效的提升使用性能。以下提出的空间结构主要的设计方法是自顶向下,所以实现了折叠型的设计要求。在今后的发展中,通过力学原理对钻孔机械手的性能进行进一步的优化,可以实现更加良好的使用效果,由此在工程建设中得到发展。
Drilling equipment is an important part of roadheader. The main function is drilling. During the process, the drilling equipment is developed based on mechanics. Therefore, the drilling robot is discussed in order to achieve more stable performance. The entire drilling robot’s space structure is an important part of roadheader, its effective design can effectively improve the performance. The main design method of the space structure proposed below is top-down, so that the fold-type design requirement is realized. In the future development, the performance of drilling manipulator will be further optimized through mechanics, which will make it possible to achieve better results and will be developed in engineering.
