募穴在临床诊断中应用的文献计量学分析

目的探讨募穴在临床诊断中的应用与作用意义。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库中关于募穴物理性质的现代研究文献,通过文献计量学方法统计分析纳入文献所涉及的募穴与其物理性质及其在不同系统疾病中的应用情况。结果共纳入文献26篇,涉及9个募穴,包括中府、巨阙、期门、膻中4个脏募穴和中脘、日月、天枢、中极、关元5个腑募穴。物理特性以热学特性文献最多(13篇,50.00%),主要涉及中脘、中府、天枢等穴位以及支气管哮喘、原发性痛经等疾病;光学特性的文献8篇(30.77%),主要涉及期门、膻中等穴位以及乳腺增生等疾病;电学特性的文献4篇(15.38%),主要涉及关元、中极等穴位以及原发性痛经等疾病;阳性反应的文献3篇(11.54%),主要涉及中脘穴和心脏疾病。结论募穴有反映相关脏腑疾病的特性,其物理特性的改变对疾病的诊断具有价值。 Objective To explore the application and significance of raising points in clinical diagnosis. Methods The modern research literature on the physical properties of raised caves in Chinese Journal Full - text Database was searched. The biding and its physical properties involved in the literature and its application in different system diseases were statistically analyzed through bibliometrics. Results A total of 26 articles were included in the study, involving 9 raising points, including Zhongfu, Juque, Shimen, Zhongzhong, four dirty raise points and Zhongli, Sun Moon, Tianshu, Zhongji, . Most of the physical characteristics are based on the thermal characteristics (13 articles, 50.00%), mainly involving the acupoints such as Zhongli, Zhongfu and Tianshu, bronchial asthma, primary dysmenorrhea and other diseases. There are 8 literatures (30.77%) of the optical characteristics, There were 4 literatures (15.38%) of the electrical properties, mainly related to the acupoints such as Guanyuan, Zhongji, and primary dysmenorrhea; 3 articles (11.54% ), Mainly related to acupoints and heart disease. Conclusions There are some characteristics of raising the cavity that reflect the related organs and diseases. The change of its physical characteristics is valuable for the diagnosis of the disease.
