以宁夏钢铁公司生产的转炉钢渣(缓冷渣)为原料,采用X射线荧光光谱法确定转炉钢渣的化学组成;通过X射线衍射法和金相显微镜确定钢渣的主要矿物组成及分布;并对钢渣中铁的赋存分布进行实验研究。结果表明:宁夏钢铁公司的转炉钢渣主要化学组成为CaO、SiO_2等,且钢渣中全铁品位高达21.30%,具有很高的回收价值;转炉钢渣的主要矿物相为C2S、C3S和钙铁相;钢渣中的铁主要以钙铁相存在,以及氧化态(FeO、Fe_2O_3、Fe_3O_4)、RO相和少量的单质铁的形式存在;从钢渣磁选回收铁的实验来看,大粒径的钢渣中单质铁含量最高,而磁性铁氧化物(Fe_3O_4)主要存在小粒径钢渣中。
The chemical composition of converter steel slag was determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with converter steel slag (slow cooling slag) produced by Ningxia Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The main mineral composition and distribution of steel slag were determined by X-ray diffraction and metallographic microscope. China Iron and iron occurrence and distribution of experimental study. The results show that the main chemical compositions of converter slag of Ningxia Iron and Steel Company are CaO, SiO_2, etc., and the grade of total iron in the slag is as high as 21.30%, which has high recovery value. The main mineral phases of converter slag are C2S, C3S and Ca2 + Iron in steel slag mainly exists in the form of calcium and iron, as well as in the form of oxidation state (FeO, Fe_2O_3, Fe_3O_4), RO phase and a small amount of elemental iron. From the experiments of slag iron recovery by magnetic separation, The content of elemental iron is the highest, while the content of magnetic iron oxide (Fe_3O_4) is mainly in the small particle size steel slag.
