建立了适合中国电力企业实际情况的安全文化评价体系,并将网络数据库技术和人工神经网络相结合,开发了电力企业安全文化评价专家系统。对比神经网络的输出结果和专家的评价意见,验证了该专家系统评价的正确性。某大型电力集团下属的9个电厂的实际应用情况表明,该系统能自动完成现场调查、统计分析和评价工作,并能完成题库管理、调查对象管理、调查问卷生成与管理等功能,系统构成灵活,使用方便,便于携带,达到了实际工程应用的水平。
A safety culture evaluation system suitable for the actual situation of Chinese power enterprises has been established.
