本文研究了典型D C-D C电源模块的60Coγ射线辐照效应,给出了不同输出负载、不同输入电压等测试条件下,典型D C-D C电源模块输出电压等参数与辐照剂量之间的关系,结合VD M OS器件和PW M的电离辐照效应损伤机理对D C-D C电源模块的失效模式进行了分析。
In this paper, the effects of 60Co γ-ray irradiation on a typical D CD C power module are studied. The relationship between the output voltage and other parameters of a typical D CD C power module and the irradiation dose under different output loads and different input voltages are given. The failure modes of DCD C power module were analyzed based on the ionizing radiation damage mechanism of VD M OS device and PW M.
