目的应用剪切波弹性成像(SWE)定量测量甲状腺结节的弹性模量值,评价SWE在鉴别结节良、恶性中的诊断价值。方法收集本院病理证实的甲状腺结节患者52例,共71个病灶,行剪切波弹性成像检查,获得结节的弹性模量值,对照病理结果相比较良、恶性病灶的弹性模量值差异。结果甲状腺良性结节的Emean、Emax、Emin、SD均低于恶性肿瘤(P<0.05)。结论剪切波弹性成像在鉴别甲状腺结节良、恶性中有好的诊断价值,提高了超声诊断的准确性。
Objective To quantitatively measure the elastic modulus of thyroid nodules with shear wave elastography (SWE), and to evaluate the diagnostic value of SWE in differentiating benign and malignant nodules. Methods Fifty-two patients with thyroid nodules confirmed by pathology in our hospital were collected. Totally 71 lesions were examined by shear wave elastography. The elastic modulus of the nodules was obtained. The elastic modulus of the nodules was better than that of the control. The elastic modulus difference. Results Emean, Emax, Emin, SD of benign thyroid nodules were lower than that of malignant tumors (P <0.05). Conclusion Shear wave elastography has good diagnostic value in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules and improves the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis.
