简要分析了HX_D1C型机车发生齿轴断裂的原因,并提出了在机车齿轴不解体的情况下对齿轴油孔处疲劳裂纹进行超声波检测。实际检测表明,采用纵波小角度超声波探伤方法能够对在役机车齿轴运行过程中产生的疲劳裂纹进行有效检测。
A brief analysis of the HX_D1C locomotive gear shaft rupture causes and put forward in the case of locomotives without disintegration of the tooth shaft pinch at the fatigue crack ultrasonic testing. The actual tests show that the use of P-wave ultrasonic inspection method can effectively detect the fatigue crack generated during operation of the locomotive locomotive pinion.
