本文用免疫组化法对缺血性大白鼠脑皮层的细胞调亡相关基因C-fos及bel－2表达及蝮蛇抗栓酶、尼膜地平、桂枝茯苓等丸对其影响进行了实验研究。发现桂枝茯苓等丸对C-fos及bel－2均有作用．尼莫地平对两者均无影响，而蝮蛇抗栓酶只影响C-fos的表达。对临床治疗有重要的指导意义.
In this paper, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of C-fos and bel-2 genes in the cerebral cortex of ischemic rats and the effects of vipers antithrombotics, nimodipine and cassia twig. the study. Found Guizhi Poria pills such as C-fos and bel-2 have a role. Nimodipine had no effect on both, whereas viper antithrombin only affected C-fos expression. Clinical treatment has important guiding significance.
