为加强学员创新能力培养，提升院校创新教育水平，本文选择第二课堂选课学员（21名）作为研究对象，以翻转课堂教学模式为基础，从教学内容、教学方法和评价方式等方面进行创新教学改革，探索出一种以论坛为核心的第二课堂教学方法。该教学法能够让学员主导教学，全流程参与科研活动并掌握科研创新实践方法。学员创新成果表明该论坛式教学是一种非常有效的适用于培养学员科研创新能力的教学法。“,”In order to strengthen the cultivation of students' innovative ability and improve the level of innovative education in colleges and universities, this paper chose 21 students who joined the extracurricular teaching and learning activities as the research objects and carried out innovative teaching reform based on the flipped classroom teaching mode in terms of teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation methods. A teaching method of extracurricular teaching and learning activities with forum as the core (hereinafter referred to as forumn -style teaching) has been set up and it can make students lead the teaching and learning by themselves, participate in the whole process of scientific research activities and master the practice ways of scientific research innovation. The innovative results of students show that forumn -style teaching is a very effective teaching method for cultivating students' scientific research innovation ability.n
