一、钢筋气压焊过程中温度的分布 1.1987年3月17日,北京室内(≈10℃)水平焊接及测试,测试位置见图1。图中①点中心温度用铂——铂铑热电偶,表面温度用红外高温计(1200℃以下)测试。其余各点用热电偶测试。全部温度由计算机连续显示及打印。从焊接加热开始到接头冷却至接近室温为止,每隔20s测试一次。 2.测试结果见图2~图3。其中图2为(?)32钢筋气压焊时间2′22″,压接面中心最高
First, the temperature distribution of steel bar pressure welding process 1. March 17, 1987, Beijing indoor (≈ 10 °C) horizontal welding and testing, test position shown in Figure 1. The center temperature of 1 point in the figure is platinum-platinum rhodium thermocouple, and the surface temperature is measured with an infrared pyrometer (below 1200°C). The remaining points were tested with thermocouples. All temperatures are continuously displayed and printed by the computer.
