本文论述了职业指导在推动实现更高质量就业中的二个作用:职业指导在推动实现更高质量就业中,发挥满意就业的“桥梁”作用;发挥充分就业的服务作用。指出职业指导在推动中职生实现更高质量就业中存在的二个主要问题:职业指导在促进满意就业中存在专业对口率低的问题,影响就业稳定;职业指导在就业服务上还有一定的差距,产生充分就业中“人职、能职”脱节。
This article discusses the two roles that career guidance plays in promoting higher quality employment: the role of career guidance in fulfilling employment as a “bridge” in promoting higher-quality employment; and the full employment service. It points out that vocational guidance has two major problems in promoting higher quality employment: vocational guidance has the problem of low professional counterpart rate in promoting satisfactory employment and affects the stability of employment; vocational guidance still has certain employment service Gap, resulting in full employment “people, can ” out of touch.
