采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物(P(AA/AMPS))耐盐性高吸水树脂,利用正交试验、单因素分析确定了合成树脂的最佳实验工艺条件,并对树脂的吸水性、保水性、反复吸水性能进行研究。结果表明,树脂在最佳条件下吸水倍率为1753.4g/g;树脂具有良好的耐盐性,吸盐水倍率达到189.64g/g;在一定温度范围内,树脂具有良好的保水性能。
The salt-tolerant superabsorbent polymer of acrylic acid-2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid copolymer (P (AA / AMPS)) was synthesized by reverse phase suspension polymerization. Resin the best experimental process conditions, and resin water absorption, water retention, repeated water absorption properties. The results showed that the resin had a water absorption ratio of 1753.4 g / g under the optimal conditions. The resin had good salt tolerance and the brine absorption rate reached 189.64 g / g. The resin had good water retention ability in a certain temperature range.
