试验以呼盟农枓所育种中常用的8个较优良的亲本品系为材料,对产量、淀粉含量、干物质含量和单株块茎重等4个性状的配合力效应进行了分析。试验结果表明,8个品系的一般配合力效应差异显著,但15个组合间的特殊配合力效应差异不显著。群体配合力方差分析表明,一般配合力方差为总配合力方差的70~80%,说明所研究的4个性状在群体中的表现是以基因加性效应为主的。通过综合评定,可认为品系83—3042、自77—28、自77—106和NS79—12—1是育种及实生薯生产的优良亲本材料。
In this study, 8 elite parental lines commonly used in the breeding of Hohhot were used as materials to analyze the combining ability effects of 4 traits including yield, starch content, dry matter content and tuber weight per plant. The results showed that there were significant differences in the general combining ability among the eight lines, but there was no significant difference in the special combining ability among the 15 combinations. Analysis of variance of population combining ability showed that the variance of general combining ability was 70-80% of the variance of total combining ability, indicating that the four traits studied in the population were mainly based on the additive effect of genes. By comprehensive evaluation, lines 83-3042, from 77-28, from 77-106, and NS79-12-1 can be considered as excellent parental material for breeding and raw potato production.
