随着航空电子技术的发展,大容量飞行参数记录系统成为航空设备中不可或缺的部分。介绍一种大容量飞行参数记录系统的组成机制和实现方案,采用固态存储芯片NANDFlash作为存储介质,FPGA作为存储阵列的控制核心,引入动态坏块管理算法自动屏蔽NANDFlash坏块,成功实现了对飞行参数的可靠存储。另外通过RS422和USB接口,方便实现数据接收及卸载。实验结果表明该记录仪能有效记录并卸载飞行参数。
With the development of avionics technology, the large-capacity flight parameter recording system has become an indispensable part of the aviation equipment. This paper introduces the composition mechanism and implementation scheme of a large-capacity flight parameter recording system. The solid-state memory chip NANDFlash is used as the storage medium. FPGA is the control core of the storage array. The dynamic bad block management algorithm is introduced to automatically shield the NANDFlash bad block. Reliable storage of parameters. In addition, through the RS422 and USB interface to facilitate data reception and unloading. Experimental results show that the recorder can effectively record and unload the flight parameters.
