以RBV、KBV等为理论基础,用收集的2002~2013年中国上市公司所公告的308个新产品项目,对开发中合作伙伴的类别数、每一类伙伴的数量、所有合作者的总数如何影响新产品项目的开发绩效等问题进行了系统的研究。结果表明:新产品开发合作中的供应商数量、客户企业数量、合作伙伴的类别数各自与新产品项目的开发绩效分别存在正向的对数型关系;合作中的同行竞争者数量、合作伙伴的总数与新产品开发绩效分别存在倒U型关系。
