为解决湖南地区变电站围墙存在质量通病的现状,提出陶粒混凝土装配式轻质围墙方案。对围墙构件尺寸进行优化设计,利用有限元程序对围墙构件的受力状态进行模拟计算,理论推导其全寿命周期,在工厂制作样品试点,综合评估其技术经济优势,验证该技术方案的可推广价值,为装配式轻质围墙在湖南地区变电站工程中的推广应用奠定基础。
In order to solve the existing problems of the quality of the substation wall in Hunan Province, this paper proposes a lightweight concrete wall-mounted ceramsite concrete solution. The size of the wall elements is optimized. The finite element program is used to simulate the stress state of the wall elements. The theoretical life cycle of the wall elements is theoretically derived. Samples of the samples are made in the factory. The technical and economic advantages are evaluated synthetically. Value, laid the foundation for the popularization and application of fabricated lightweight fence in the substation project in Hunan.
