“领导”是组织行为中的重要方面。领导者是领导活动中的关键角色,领导者的个人素质对领导活动的成效有着重要的影响。领导者的领导行为要有好的效能,必须具备:领导目标正确,对社会有益;领导者具备现代领导的基本因素;令行禁止,行动统一;根据群体所处的环境采取灵活的领导方式。要增强领导效能,领导者自身必须自觉加强素质锻炼。
“Leadership ” is an important aspect of organizational behavior. Leader is the key role in leadership activities, and the personal qualities of leaders have an important influence on the effectiveness of leadership activities. Leaders must have good leadership performance, must have: the correct leadership objectives, social benefits; leaders have the basic elements of modern leadership; order prohibition, action unified; according to the group environment to adopt flexible leadership. To enhance leadership effectiveness, leaders themselves must consciously enhance quality exercise.
