目的 根据纯蜂王浆的紫外吸收特性,找出蜂王浆的紫外最佳吸收波长及回归方程。方法 通过设置几个可能波长,在多次重复实验基础上,应用数理统计方法。结果 纯蜂王浆中10-HDA紫外测定法的最佳波长为210nm,直线回归方程为Y=13.2680X-0.1930[其中以210nm处的紫外吸收值为自变量X,10-HDA含量为依变量Y(μg/ml)]。此方法回收率很高,达99.27%,变异系数很小,为1.2%,可信度很高。结论 通过与现代精密仪器分析比较,此法得出的检测结果是十分理想的。
Objective According to the UV absorption characteristics of pure royal jelly, find out the best ultraviolet absorption wavelength and regression equation of royal jelly. Methods By setting several possible wavelengths, mathematical statistics methods were applied based on repeated experiments. Results The optimal wavelength of 10-HDA UV in pure royal jelly was 210 nm, and the linear regression equation was Y=13.2680X-0.1930 [The UV absorbance at 210 nm was independent variable X, and the content of 10-HDA was dependent variable Y ( Μg/ml)]. This method has a high recovery rate of 99.27%, a very low coefficient of variation of 1.2%, and a high degree of confidence. Conclusion Through analysis and comparison with modern precision instruments, the test results obtained by this method are very satisfactory.
