报道４５例弥漫性肺疾病。此类疾病多见于中年人，咳嗽、咯痰、气短是其共同特征。胸片主要表现为双肺弥漫分布的网状影或小结节影。文中从临床表现、Ｘ线特征、纤支镜检查、肺功能及有关实验室检查等多项内容，分析了特发性弥漫性肺间质纤维化、弥漫性肺泡癌、肺结节病（Ⅲ期）、肺泡蛋白沉着症及亚急性粟粒性肺结核等五种疾病的特征，有助于提高鉴别诊断能力。
