该课题是冶金部教育司下达给武汉钢铁学院的研究课题,由材料系完成。课题组对原有的直流等离子体气相沉积装置进行了改装,用金属、有机化合物进行PCVD涂层,使刀具寿命提高2~4.5倍。另外,还用等离子喷涂法在耐热钢基体上涂复陶瓷,使耐热钢在1250℃下氧化速率由9.38g/m~3·h降低至6.086g/m~3·h。这样,用无镍耐热钢制造高温耐氧化部件,从而使成本降低50%,整体装置和工艺水平达到国内先进水平,具有推广应用价值。
