采用ABAQUS的弹塑性有限元方法,对筒形件进行强力正反旋的数值模拟,通过对正反旋成形过程中应力-应变的分析得出一般情况下正旋形式较好。同时在不同工艺参数下筒形件正旋旋压过程进行了动态模拟、应力-应变以及材料能量变化的分析。通过对不同进给比的正旋数值模拟,得出当进给比为0.4 mm/r时,旋压件的表面质量和贴膜效果比较好,能够顺利进行旋压成形并有较好的生产效率。
The ABAQUS elasto-plastic finite element method is used to conduct numerical simulation of the forward and reverse rotation of the cylindrical part. Through the analysis of the stress-strain in the process of forward and reverse rotation, the normal rotation form is found to be good. At the same time, dynamic simulation, stress-strain and material energy change analysis were carried out under different process parameters. Through the positive rotation numerical simulation of different feed ratios, it is concluded that when the feed ratio is 0.4 mm / r, the surface quality and the filming effect of the spinning parts are relatively good, and the spin spinning can be smoothly carried out with good production efficiency .
