本文通过WTO反倾销法分析反倾销损害确定的一般理论,然后说明我立法中的相关规定,并指出了目前有关损害确定的标准存在的缺陷,最后提出了完善我国有关损害确定标准的立法建议。
This article analyzes the general theory of anti-dumping damage determination through WTO anti-dumping law, and then explains the relevant provisions in my legislation. At the same time, it points out the shortcomings of the current standards for damage determination. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect our country’s standards of damage determination.
