自国际关系学科从政治学、历史学等其他学科中独立出来以后,就一直不是完全孤立而存在。其与文化,经济的联系,随着国际关系学的日益成熟化和国际形式的不断复杂化也朝着综合的方向发展着,本文以日本,俄罗斯(苏联),以及中国等国家为例,运用经济学中的“边际递减效应”和国际关系学中的克莱因方程这两个概念,来解释这些国家曾经和现在的一些行为,并预判断其未来所可能做出的一些行为,同样的也运用这一概念评判其过去的政策行为的得失,并以国家综合实力的提升或下降来评判这些行为的得失。
