纳米技术和纳米材料在提高药物的生物利用度、控制释放系统、提高药物作用的靶向性、建立新的给药途径等方面,发挥着重要作用。纳米粒子经肺给药可以避免首关消除生物利用度高,提高靶向性,减少治疗剂量和副反应,最终改善病人的依从性,优化药物治疗效果。纳米载体可跨越生物屏障,靶向结核分枝杆菌,纳米载药系统应用于结核病的治疗受到越来越多的关注。本文就纳米载药系统在结核病化疗中的应用进行综述。
Nanotechnology and nanomaterials play an important role in improving the bioavailability of drugs, controlling the release system, improving the targeting of drugs and establishing new routes of drug delivery. Nanoparticles administered via the lungs can avoid the first elimination of high bioavailability, improve targeting, reduce the dose and side effects of treatment, and ultimately improve patient compliance and optimize drug treatment. Nanocarrier can cross the biological barrier, targeted Mycobacterium tuberculosis, nanocarrier system for the treatment of tuberculosis is receiving more and more attention. This review summarizes the application of nano-drug delivery system in the chemotherapy of tuberculosis.
