The strategic roles of modern business leaders are both demanding and diversified.Leaders all around the world are tied up with daily schedules,public as well as private.But it is almost self-evident that they should come out from all these trivial items and only focus on three key things:Strategic thinking and decision-making,branding position of their organization and quality and long-term sustainability of core service of business.Business schools and programs all around the world are tapping into this marketing opportunity and try to free business leaders from daily tie-ups and really pay attention to the above-mentioned agenda.Today in the face of global challenges,business leaders,whether entrepreneurs,owners,or president (short as EOP),should refocus their limited time and effort upon the key issues effecting upon position of competitiveness only.
